In 1996 with a letter of recommendation of the Bank Nazionale Del Lavoro, Mr. Aldo Del Beato arrives in Fortaleza in search of expand his activities in the construction field. Constructing in Italy since 1965, with his background, he brought the experience, the determination and the professionalism to start a Brazilian company: Construtora Del Beato Ltda. Knowing the coast of the state of Ceará, after long search, motivated for the tourist and real estate potential of the place, he establish in the Porto da Dunas, beach of the coast of the city of Aquiráz, metropolitan area of Fortaleza and headquarters of the biggest Aquatic park of Latin America: The Beach Park. In May of 1997, it launched his first residential construction : The Posta Leone. With 1.623,66 square meters constructed and distributed in 16 units of Town Houses type, an area of leisure and an innovative concept for the place: guarantee the beautiful view for all the units! The success was immediate and in January of 2000 it was ready to people move in.

The satisfaction with the first enterprise was certainty of that, the traced way was irreversible and in August of 2000 it came his second enterprise: Porto Castelo. Keeping the same concept, the challenge was to construct in a land with a difference of level of 27 meters, or either, a building of nine floors. The 27 apartments and a leisure area had made 3,147.60 well distributed square meters constructed and in a land of 5.164,45 square meters. Its localization in front of main avenue of access to the Beach Park and its style architectural had guaranteed the success and in November of 2002 , the Porta Castello was delivers to the proprietors.

Reaching a step after the other, in March of 2002, the construction one launches a brand new enterprise with constructive innovations:
Porta Romana with 4.119,49 square meters. Four blocks of five floors, being two of these blocks with 03 apartments per floor ,and two blocks with 02 apartments per floor in a land of Falta os numeros square meters. Each apartment with 71m2, area of leisure with swimming pool, hidro, sauna, volei ball field and fitness center. Using for the first time in the northeast a differentiated material the Porta Romana called the specialists attention. The magazine Construir Nordeste in its 20th edition presented the enterprise with prominences for the beauty and plasticity of the used materials allied the innovation of the constructive technique. With date of delivery for 2005 the constructor works with all force for the anticipation for 2004.
